About the role
- Lead data projects (Data Projects, Data Analytics, Data Engineering).
- Translate business needs into data solutions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, analysts, data scientists).
- Ensure strategic and operational alignment of deliverables.
- Act as a facilitator between technical areas and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing data projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management (PMBOK).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks).
