About the role
- Design and implement scoped applications with a high degree of customization and automation;
- Create complex workflows and advanced Business Rules with a focus on governance and performance;
- Build rich UI Builder experiences for multiple Workspaces;
- Validate solutions according to secure and scalable development best practices;
- Serve as a technical reference and support the growth of more junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform;
- Strong expertise with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules, and Script Includes;
- Practical experience with solution architecture and REST/SOAP integrations;
- Strong adherence to best practices (naming conventions, code reuse, performance, versioning).
- Differentials:
- Certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, App Engine Developer;
- Participation in projects with global scope or multi-client/multi-tenant environments.
