About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop & lead the core investment thesis for approved non core investment concepts
- Lead the development of business cases for all transaction types other than M&A (i.e. Build, Joint Venture, and Spin-off.)
- Collaborate with M&A in development of business cases for Acquisitions and Divestment
- Lead the engagement with partners for all transaction types other than M&A (i.e. Build, Joint Venture, and Spin-off.)
- Collaborate with M&A in the engagement with target and manage the Virtual Data Room (VDR) for M&A transactions
- Develop the optimal deal structure, potential value creation and integration hypothesis plan
- Prepare Non-disclosure agreement, Letter of intent and Memorandum of understating and align them with legal.
- Collaborate with M&A in preparation and submission of legal documents (i.e. Non-binding offer, Binding offer, Shareholder agreement, etc.)
- Align with BUs/ Clusters, Subsidiaries on investment thesis
- Present core investment thesis to senior management and committee to obtain approval
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales or customer service roles at technology/telecommunication industry.
