About the role
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for our clients — by phone and in writing
- Independently manage and service the insurance portfolio for commercial clients
- Prepare and develop quotes for new business and renewals/replacements
- Prepare client meetings and support our sales team
- Communicate and coordinate with insurers and partners
- Assist in processing and handling claims
- Ensure high service quality and reliable customer support
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the insurance sector (e.g., Insurance Clerk / Insurance and Finance Clerk) or a comparable commercial qualification (m/f/d)
- Initial experience in commercial clients, property, or liability insurance is an advantage but not required
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Interest in continuously developing your professional expertise
