Key responsibilities & impact

Effectively manage both internal and outsourced engineers across multiple development channels.
Proactively identify and address roadblocks, ensuring clear and transparent communication of expectations.
Lead the software development phase of the SDLC, collaborating closely with QA, product, and development leads to formulate release strategies and manage technical dependencies.
Conduct daily standup meetings with development leads and actively engage in retrospectives, taking ownership of relevant action items.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure well-documented user stories, setting up team members for success.
Define, establish, and regularly report on business-impactful metrics, encompassing sprint completion and defect rates, among others.
Suggest and implement measurable improvements to the Software Development Lifecycle.

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools to generate insightful reports.
Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.
In-depth understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical acumen to address complex engineering challenges and guide teams effectively.
Adaptable and responsive to organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition for the engineering team.
