About the role
- Supervise and guide legalization processes: company formation, amendments and closures;
- Ensure obtaining permits, licenses and other registrations required by public authorities;
- Manage the legalization team by allocating tasks, monitoring deadlines and developing team members;
- Serve as a technical and advisory point of contact for clients and internal departments;
- Establish and maintain institutional relationships with public agencies;
- Implement improvements to legalization workflows and keep area systems and controls up to date;
- Prepare management reports and area performance indicators.
