About the role
- Lead the formulation, organization, and monitoring of interconnected programs to drive strategic goals.
- Ensure consistent governance, manage cross-dependencies, and provide clear reports to committees, regulators, and senior management.
- Develop and oversee control deadlines, change management processes, and resource allocation.
- Measure program performance using OKRs and the latest tools to maximize return on investment.
- Foster a culture of risk excellence, proactively manage risks, and turn gap findings into effective remediation plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation and / or remediation programs
- Relevant regulated financial service experience is preferable, with an understanding of challenges of running a large-scale technology transformation program.
