About the role
- Deliver Payroll & HR Operations processes in Italy and other EMEA locations
- Engage and cooperate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Manage employee queries related to Italy Payroll and HR Operations processes
- Act as a local escalation point for payroll queries
- Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian (Italian language min. CELI 4 level required)
- University degree - HR/finance/accounting preferred
- 5 or more years’ experience in Italian payroll operations position
- Excellent knowledge of Italian Labor law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems required
