About the role

  • Managing end-to-end processes for benefits administration across EMEA
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Managing local benefits strategy, reviewing renewals, and aiding in strategy design
  • Key stakeholder management with global/local broker
  • Analyzing complex datasets related to benefits
  • Maintaining documentation, workflows, and controls to support governance and continuous improvement
  • Overseeing relationships with external benefits vendors
  • Managing projects and programs
  • Conducting due diligence, contract reviews, and performance assessments
  • Managing regional leave policies including parental leave, sick leave, sabbaticals, and statutory entitlements
  • Building strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams
  • Developing and delivering clear, engaging communications around benefits programs and leave policies
  • Tracking project milestones, preparing documentation, and assisting with stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • 5 + years of benefits experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver high quality work and to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees, management and manage confidential information in a professional manner
  • Experience of managing projects
  • Flexible, "can do" attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment
