About the role
- Design, implement and manage ServiceNow solutions for CSDM, CMDB Taxonomy and Data Warehousing
- Define and lead the technical architecture for a large ServiceNow data platform
- Govern the CMDB Taxonomy and oversee the CMDB Health remediation efforts
- Authorize and manage the data exports of production data
- Drive the adoption of secure, sustainable, and performative techniques for the movement of data
- Partner with Platform, Discovery, Integrations, Compliance and Business teams to align technical roadmaps and business objectives
- Translate business needs into data solutions and architectural strategies
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization within ServiceNow workflows
Requirements
- BE/BTech/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, platform engineering or data management
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform data architecture
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) / Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications (e.g., Data Foundations, ITSM, HAM)
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and/or other BI platforms
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data schema and architecture, especially the CMDB and CSDM
- Proven expertise in designing data ingestion, storage, processing and orchestration
