About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the planning and execution of complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment to defined objectives, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate multiple related initiatives and workstreams, tracking dependencies, risks, and progress to support timely and predictable outcomes.
- Support established governance structures by maintaining delivery cadence, managing dependencies, and ensuring issues are escalated appropriately.
- Prepare clear, concise program status reporting, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Assist with change management, delivery commitments, and resource coordination to minimize disruption and maintain accountability.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across technology, risk, and business teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities, expectations, and delivery status.
- Coordinate effectively with global teams, including project managers, business analysts, and delivery partners.
- Facilitate discussions that drive alignment, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making.
- Act as an analyst crunching data or mapping out process flows to assist the overall effort when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs within large organizations
- Experience delivering transformation, remediation, or risk‑aligned initiatives in a regulated financial services environment
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, including agile and change management principles
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
