About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the planning and execution of complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment to defined objectives, milestones, and delivery commitments.
Coordinate multiple related initiatives and workstreams, tracking dependencies, risks, and progress to support timely and predictable outcomes.
Support established governance structures by maintaining delivery cadence, managing dependencies, and ensuring issues are escalated appropriately.
Prepare clear, concise program status reporting, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Assist with change management, delivery commitments, and resource coordination to minimize disruption and maintain accountability.
Work closely with key stakeholders across technology, risk, and business teams to ensure shared understanding of priorities, expectations, and delivery status.
Coordinate effectively with global teams, including project managers, business analysts, and delivery partners.
Facilitate discussions that drive alignment, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making.
Act as an analyst crunching data or mapping out process flows to assist the overall effort when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs within large organizations
Experience delivering transformation, remediation, or risk‑aligned initiatives in a regulated financial services environment
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, including agile and change management principles
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
