Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, Security Analyst, Security Engineer or Technical Support Engineer
Basic Windows Server troubleshooting skills
Basic scripting skills (Powershell or Python)
Experience working with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow
Ability to read and create technical documentation
Experience working with stakeholders in multiple time zones in a rapidly changing environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience as Tanium administrator (preferred)
Previous experience working in a regulated industry (preferred)
Demonstrated fluency in using LLMs to speed up and enhance engineering workflows (preferred)
