About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- supports the delivery of strategic Alpha MO initiatives by leading business requirements definition, documentation, and validation
- partners closely with Middle Office Operations, Alpha Product, Technology, Data, and Client Service teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- plays a critical role in ensuring Alpha MO solutions meet client expectations, operational needs, and control standards
- act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Technology delivery teams
- facilitate working sessions, walkthroughs, and reviews to confirm shared understanding of requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role within Financial Services
- Experience supporting Middle Office, Investment Servicing, Custody, or Asset Management operating models
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, data flows, and MO operational processes
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
