supports the delivery of strategic Alpha MO initiatives by leading business requirements definition, documentation, and validation
partners closely with Middle Office Operations, Alpha Product, Technology, Data, and Client Service teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
plays a critical role in ensuring Alpha MO solutions meet client expectations, operational needs, and control standards
act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Technology delivery teams
facilitate working sessions, walkthroughs, and reviews to confirm shared understanding of requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role within Financial Services
Experience supporting Middle Office, Investment Servicing, Custody, or Asset Management operating models
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, data flows, and MO operational processes
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
