About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure daily adherence to end-of-night SLAs and manage client communications as necessary
Manage client relationships and sentiment via extensive daily interaction with clients and internal counterparts
Maintain superior client service by acting as an advocate and proactively identifying issues which risk impact to client satisfaction
Work closely with internal teams and clients, facilitating communication to ensure an effective operating environment
Provide overall project management for client-related and internal initiatives, acting as a liaison between business units to ensure successful implementation while managing internal and external expectations
Keep senior management informed of new developments, service issues, and potential new business opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA degree required
4-6 years of financial services experience in operational, product management, or a project oversight capacity
strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and senior STT management
experience with Canadian-domiciled products a plus
