About the role
- Lead the portfolio management function across a diverse range of indexed fixed income strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of indexed portfolio managers to deliver consistent investment outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align portfolio strategies with client mandates and market opportunities
- Design, enhance and oversee global portfolio construction processes across a range of indexed and enhanced portfolio strategies
- Engage with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to communicate investment strategy and performance
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in fixed income portfolio management or related investment roles
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven leadership experience managing investment teams and delivering strong performance
- Deep understanding of fixed income markets, instruments, and macroeconomic drivers
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization
- Preferred Certifications CFA® designation is desirable
