About the role
- Lead the design and implementation of active fixed income, liquidity, and multisector investment strategies.
- Oversee global active and liquidity portfolio management teams.
- Collaborate with research, trading, and risk teams to drive alpha generation and favorable risk-adjusted returns.
- Ensure alignment of investment strategies with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the Firm in client meetings, investment committees, and industry events.
- Drive innovation in portfolio construction, risk management, and investment process enhancements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in active fixed income portfolio management, including multisector strategies
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven leadership experience managing investment teams and delivering strong performance outcomes
- Deep understanding of global fixed income markets, instruments, and macroeconomic drivers
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization
- CFA® designation is desirable
