About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process repo/reverse repo transactions across confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations
Validate trade economics, collateral allocations, and netted settlements
Perform daily confirmations for collateral and cash providers
Confirm netted settlements and wire instructions
Monitor onside/offside settlements
Track incoming/outgoing wires
Support triparty repo, FICC, and bilateral transactions
Perform end-of-day balancing between Vendor and settlement systems
Execute FICC netting validation and exception tracking
Identify and escalate settlement failures and pricing issues
Coach and mentor staff
Drive opportunities to improve processes and enhance business initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in repo, collateral, and settlement operations
Strong risk & control mindset
Proven ability to manage global stakeholders
Strong Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)
MBA or B.Com
Proficiency in MS Excel and other tools
