About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) recordkeeping platform
- Investigate and resolve client data discrepancies using Middle Office systems
- Act as the central coordination point for client queries related to the Recordkeeping system
- Ensure proactive monitoring, timely responses, and effective resolution by collaborating with global teams
- Perform daily control and quality checks on client deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10-14 years of experience in asset management operational
- Graduate or Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Visual basics is an added advantage
- Familiarity with order management systems, ideally CRD, is beneficial but not mandatory
