About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance improvement processes, investigations, redundancies, and involuntary terminations.
  • Advise and coach managers on the appropriate handling of sensitive employee relations matters in line with internal policies, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Lead and support employee relations investigations, including interviews, fact-finding, documentation, analysis, and outcome recommendations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, well-governed, and defensible outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on individual and collective consultation processes, including preparation of documentation and employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records, ensuring governance standards and audit readiness.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of employee relations processes, tools, and practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations or a related Human Resources role, operating in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience advising and influencing managers at multiple organisational levels.
  • Ability to apply policy, judgement, and risk awareness in complex or sensitive situations.
  • Good level of written and verbal English, enabling effective communication with stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Polish employment law, with the ability to apply legal requirements in practical employee relations scenarios is required.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Experience working within a multinational and/or regulated environment is preferred.
