Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Technology
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support product demand opportunities
Work with business and technology partners to establish clear connections between business goals, strategies, and the data and technology investments required to achieve them
Communicates recommendations to management/senior Alpha business leaders through effective written and oral communication
Assist with pricing strategies and product policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field of study
12+ years of experience in data analysis, Operations, or Product management
Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills
Creation of business process flows and defining the business problem, solution, and design using various tools
Experience with design and optimization of user experience across different interfaces to maximize engagement and adoption
Product Owner role experience using Agile Methodologies
Proficiency with MS Office Products; MS Access, Visio; Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint
