About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support analysis of business requirements and in configuring low-/no-code solutions
  • Build and enhance process improvement solutions using available automation tools
  • Assist Delivery Managers in tracking tasks, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
  • Work with business groups to understand process pain points and design solutions
  • Execute unit testing and support functional and user acceptance testing
  • Support ongoing development, maintenance, and BAU changes for existing automation solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10-14 years of experience
  • Exposure to Low-Code / No-Code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform preferred)
  • Exposure or interest in reconciliation tools (e.g., Xceptor, DUCO or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (VBA/macros desirable)
  • Exposure to automation technologies (RPA, scripting, Python) is a plus
  • Understanding of operational processes and data flows within Financial Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
  • Clear communication and teamwork in a multi-stakeholder environment
