About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with and influence hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans
  • Facilitate intake meetings to establish a clear understanding of position requirements
  • In partnership with hiring managers, develop strategies for sourcing candidates
  • Educate stakeholders on various aspects related to recruiting
  • Drive communication with hiring managers and interview teams
  • Act as primary communication point with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience
  • Manage end to end strategic and delivery of Sourcing & Recruiting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in an in-house recruiting role
  • Prior experience using Workday is highly desired.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Strong understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure.
  • Understanding of the company's position in the external marketplace
  • Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plans
  • Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
  • Proven experience consulting with senior business leaders and managers on the talent acquisition process and strategy
  • Proven experience in recommending and using a variety of effective sourcing strategies to assist in the development of a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
