About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with and influence hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic hiring plans
Facilitate intake meetings to establish a clear understanding of position requirements
In partnership with hiring managers, develop strategies for sourcing candidates
Educate stakeholders on various aspects related to recruiting
Drive communication with hiring managers and interview teams
Act as primary communication point with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience
Manage end to end strategic and delivery of Sourcing & Recruiting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in an in-house recruiting role
Prior experience using Workday is highly desired.
Fluent in English and Japanese
Strong understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure.
Understanding of the company's position in the external marketplace
Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plans
Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
Proven experience consulting with senior business leaders and managers on the talent acquisition process and strategy
Proven experience in recommending and using a variety of effective sourcing strategies to assist in the development of a diverse pipeline of candidates
Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
