About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the formulation, organization, and monitoring of interconnected programs to drive strategic goals
Drive the effectiveness of Remediation and Exam Preparation projects and programs as a trusted partner to leaders in the Global Technology Services organization
Ensure consistent governance, manage cross-dependencies, and provide clear reports to committees, regulators, and senior management
Develop and oversee control deadlines, change management processes, and resource allocation
Measure program performance using OKRs and the latest tools to maximize return on investment
Foster a culture of risk excellence, proactively manage risks, and turn gap findings into effective remediation plans
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, particularly in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation and / or remediation programs
Relevant regulated financial service experience is preferable, with an understanding of challenges of running a large-scale technology transformation program
