About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performing daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies
- Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager
- Assisting manager and team members to close out issues
- Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and managers
- Adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times
- Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team
- Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a group
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA or MA degree in any discipline will be an asset; other educational background acceptable (knowledge and experience in data analysis, economy, finance, math or statistics related fields are highly valued)
- Analytics skills and attention to details
- Team skills, collaboration & listening
- Communication skills - verbal and written in English
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
