About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support execution of the Digital Asset Solutions strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Contribute to market analysis, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations to help shape product direction.
Lead day-to-day product activities for tokenization, digital custody, and related services from concept through delivery.
Partner with Product Development, Technology and Operations on requirements, feature development, and operational readiness.
Engage with clients alongside senior Digital Asset Solutions and Commercial leads to share product updates, gather feedback, and support adoption.
Develop client-ready materials that simplify complex concepts and articulate value.
Assist in developing business cases, pricing considerations, and commercial models.
Support integration of digital products with existing platforms, ensuring scalable service models.
Represent the team in working groups, client sessions, and selective industry forums.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as the business grows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in financial services, with experience in capital markets, custody, transfer agency, fund administration and/or digital transformation.
Practical understanding of blockchain, tokenization, wallet technologies, and digital infrastructure.
Experience contributing to product development or complex change programs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Commercial awareness, including comfort with business cases and go-to-market planning.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating across functions and regions.
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and drive progress.
