Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and/or perform the execution of specified Alternative development programs
Manage development plans, execution, and coordinate requirements gathering
Facilitate program governance including compliance with policies and best practices
Participate as product owner for agile development programs
Collaborate globally across business units to share approaches and develop best practices
Manage project status meetings and communicate status to stakeholders
Support annual planning and funding prioritization activities

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
Minimum of 5-8 years of alternatives industry experience
Working knowledge of SDLC, Jira, Clarity and other development related tools
Knowledge of or experience leading programs related to the financial services industry is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders
Experience interacting and presenting to senior management around status and strategy reporting
