About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and orchestrate the client relationship
- Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process
- Be responsible for existing client P+L and manage to STT shareholder goals
- Provide quarterly updates on the financial health of clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Develop, agree and implement client account plans
- Maintain client documentation & manage contract negotiations & execution
- Develop senior level contacts within all assigned clients who have decision-making roles
- Ensure regular reviews of service quality between the client and the SSBT client service delivery team(s)
