Digital Asset Reconciliation Specialist – Assistant Vice President

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in workstreams as a recon subject matter expert for digital asset operations
- Foster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational level
- Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
- Partner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and Production
- Manage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstream
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Knowledge of reconciliation systems, data flows, and overall operating model
- Experience performing and reviewing cash and trades reconciliations for clients
- Collaboration with other recon business units and departments within State Street
- Hands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferred
