About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technology service provider oversight framework for Investment Management
- Monitor and assess GTS IT service delivery performance in the following areas: application support, infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, end-user computing, and data services
- Define and maintain KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards; deliver clear monthly reporting highlighting performance, trends, and risks
- Act as the primary escalation point for service issues and dependency risks impacting business operations
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit to support regulatory reviews, operational resilience, and issue remediation
- Drive continuous improvement of governance, oversight processes, and operational resilience capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in financial services technology, technology governance, or service provider oversight
- Deep understanding of investment management technology platforms and workflows
- Experience overseeing large-scale, enterprise technology service providers (intragroup or outsourced)
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in matrixed environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and judgment capabilities, with a commitment to risk excellence and control
