About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Solve daily support requests for the business which include client setup, user maintenance, and data support
- Provide rapid response in support of operational teams and troubleshoot towards solutions
- Close collaboration within a support team to ensure requirements are completed within agreed upon time
- Maintain and develop client level reporting using crystal report
- Manage projects prepared for competing requests due to supporting multiple business teams
- Manage components of client onboarding activities including working with large datasets
- Effectively use automation and make recommendations for support or processes
- Draft and update procedures for offshoring partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate degree in Software or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a Financial Reporting/Fund Administration field is preferred
- Understanding of Unity (Confluence), crystal reports, and the fund administration environment is needed
- Basic knowledge and experience with Visual Basic, SQL, or python is preferred
- Strong PC skills, specifically Excel skills (Intermediate)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
