About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for coordination across the different value streams of GD PCC Program activities with specific focus in India
- Work with specific project teams & leads to help coordinate local execution and impact
- Function as a point of contact and communication with India leadership related to PCC status and key milestones
- Lead strategy and efforts horizontally across value streams to drive consistency and automation for common activities such as project management, business analysis, training, testing, reporting, and Operational readiness
- Evolve with the PCC program and help evolve and drive benefits across all aspects of PCC
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years’ experience in financial services
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within banking, payments, custody, cash management, or financial services platforms
- Understanding of payments processing, DDA platforms, ISO 20022, SWIFT, or transaction banking concepts
- Experience supporting large transformation or migration programs in a regulated environment
- Requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Process mapping and data analysis
- Stakeholder management across global teams
- Support of testing, UAT, and business readiness activities
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with requirements and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, or similar)
- Strong documentation and communication skills suitable for senior stakeholder and program‑level audiences
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi‑stakeholder global program
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and traceability
- Proactive ownership of business outcomes, not just documentation
- Comfort working across technology, operations, and product boundaries
- Commitment to quality, risk reduction, and operational resilience
- Strong managerial and communication skills
- Ability to influence and drive execution
- Flexible with shifts as per the project requirement
