About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead requirements discovery and solution design by collaborating with audit, technology, and vendor teams
  • Develop clear BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
  • Translate complex business needs into optimized MetricStream (M7) configurations and analytics
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery for the M7 audit platform roadmap, including project planning, sprint execution, testing cycles, deployment, and user adoption
  • Apply project management best practices to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timeline commitments
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (MetricStream) to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in business analysis and project management roles
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent project management certification) is strongly preferred
  • Experience with MetricStream or similar Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and traditional project methodologies
