About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead requirements discovery and solution design by collaborating with audit, technology, and vendor teams
- Develop clear BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
- Translate complex business needs into optimized MetricStream (M7) configurations and analytics
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for the M7 audit platform roadmap, including project planning, sprint execution, testing cycles, deployment, and user adoption
- Apply project management best practices to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timeline commitments
- Manage relationships with external vendors (MetricStream) to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years of combined experience in business analysis and project management roles
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent project management certification) is strongly preferred
- Experience with MetricStream or similar Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and traditional project methodologies
