Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the enterprise QA and Quality Engineering strategy
Establish and evolve the global QA operating model
Drive standardization of QA processes and tooling
Lead and scale global QA teams with clear role definitions
Partner closely with distributed QA and testing teams in US, China and India
Provide technical leadership in test architecture and automation frameworks
Embed quality and controls throughout the SDLC/STLC
Establish and monitor KPIs and controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in software testing and Quality Assurance
Deep expertise in modern QA and Quality Engineering practices
Proven track record of building and transforming global QA organizations
Demonstrated experience leading QA/testing teams in China and/or India
Strong foundation in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent program and delivery management discipline
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong background in technology-enabled operating model transformation
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred
