About the role

  • Performing, reviewing and coordinating daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies
  • Taking ownership of the issues resolution, engaging others to gain consensus
  • Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager, suggesting improvements
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with client´s representatives, and internal/external stakeholders to help aid successful delivery of service
  • Working together with global team members to discuss strategic initiatives and close out issues
  • Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and the managers
  • Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team
  • Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a group

Requirements

  • 3+ years of financial services industry experience: experience in Custody, Middle Office, Fund Administration functions is an asset
  • Customer service or professional experience from a different area than above-listed is acceptable
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good command of English language and willingness to learn and discover the industry.
