About the role
- Manage day-to-day accounting and administration for client sponsored investment funds
- Supervise subordinate staff levels including Associate 1, Associate 2 and Senior Associates
- Ensure highest quality of client service and appropriate KPIs are in place and understood
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues and provide technical expertise
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies
- Support onboarding of new clients and promote a collaborative environment
- Engage and retain workforce, supporting training and development opportunities
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple assignments
- Experience in hedge fund administration management
- Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize effectively
- Technical expertise to act as an escalation point for operational issues
- Ability to track outstanding queries and ensure timely management
