About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day accounting and administration for client sponsored investment funds
Supervise subordinate staff levels including Associate 1, Associate 2 and Senior Associates
Ensure highest quality of client service and appropriate KPIs are in place and understood
Act as the escalation point for operational issues and provide technical expertise
Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies
Support onboarding of new clients and promote a collaborative environment
Engage and retain workforce, supporting training and development opportunities

Requirements

Experience in hedge fund administration management
