About the role

  • Lead an agile product manager, data analyst, and engineering team in a matrix organization
  • Collaborate with global teams to execute cross-border projects
  • Mentor and develop junior data product manager, data analyst, and engineers
  • Oversee data demand and problem rationalization, product feature design, and data workflow

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum 17 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • At least 15 years of hands-on experience in core data domains in asset management industry
  • At least 15 years of hands-on experience with exchanged traded and OTC financial instruments
  • Proficiency in modern data management tools (e.g., Databricks) and programming languages (Python, SQL)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with unstructured data
  • Demonstrated expertise in investment research, portfolio construction and management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
