About the role
- Track and review invoicing from vendors
- Facilitate client re-billing via complex tracking of multiple source documents
- Act as liaison with finance teams, procurement, vendors, and project managers
- Maintain and deliver monthly and quarterly Project Office executive reports to Management
- Create and enhance executive reporting via industry standard tools such as Power BI
- Support Project resource tracking and planning
- Maintenance of procedure documents as required
Requirements
- University Degree in relevant field
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills
- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills
- Typically candidate will have approximately 4 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Strong problem solving skills
