About the role
- Support the maintenance and upgrade of the internal platform environment used by the SaaS Upgrade team.
- Upgrade applications, services, and platform components as new releases become available.
- Work with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Release Management teams to implement environment updates.
- Identify issues introduced through new releases and support investigation with engineering teams.
- Validate new platform services and components introduced as part of the platform’s modular architecture.
- Assist in documenting upgrade procedures, configuration changes, and platform updates.
- Support initiatives aimed at automating upgrade activities and environment management tasks.
- Contribute to exploring the use of AI tools to improve automation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in platform support, support engineering, or enterprise application support roles.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise application environments or platform services.
- Experience working with engineering and DevOps teams in release or upgrade environments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with environment management, platform upgrades, or system configuration management.
- Interest in automation and AI tools that improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
