About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver Accurate and Timely Data
- Ensure all client data is delivered on schedule
- Serve as a Process and Platform SME
- Act as the subject matter expert for processes and platforms
- Execute Operational Activities Independently
- Complete tasks in compliance with established guidelines
- Support Testing and Transition Phases
- Drive Product Enhancements
- Collaborate Across Functions
- Lead and execute migration projects from other global locations to APAC
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding of new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Front Office Data operation management experience is a plus
