Lead requirements discovery and solution design by collaborating with audit, technology, and vendor teams
Facilitate design workshops to architect scalable workflows and system enhancements
Translate complex business needs into optimized MetricStream configurations and analytics
Drive user‑group engagement to validate needs, prioritize enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery including roadmap definition, sprint execution, testing cycles, deployment, and adoption
Develop training, communication, and change‑management materials that support successful rollout of system releases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Direct experience in the financial services sector or within risk and control functions
Proven experience shaping end‑to‑end solutions for MetricStream (M7) or similar GRC platforms
Ability to break down complex business problems
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Advanced command of English; strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills
