About the role

  • Lead requirements discovery and solution design by collaborating with audit, technology, and vendor teams
  • Facilitate design workshops to architect scalable workflows and system enhancements
  • Translate complex business needs into optimized MetricStream configurations and analytics
  • Drive user‑group engagement to validate needs, prioritize enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery including roadmap definition, sprint execution, testing cycles, deployment, and adoption
  • Develop training, communication, and change‑management materials that support successful rollout of system releases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Direct experience in the financial services sector or within risk and control functions
  • Proven experience shaping end‑to‑end solutions for MetricStream (M7) or similar GRC platforms
  • Ability to break down complex business problems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Advanced command of English; strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills
