About the role
- The IS CAO reports to Investment Services Chief of Staff, and plays a critical role in the daily management of any and all administrative aspects of Investment Services Organization (IS).
- Responsible for all daily support to IS businesses to execute against its strategic and tactical initiatives, providing operational and administrative leadership at the heart of the organization.
- Acts as representative / proxy for the IS Chief of Staff or the Head of IS on necessary committees.
- Manages key strategic messaging to all partners, in conjunction with Internal Communication partners.
- Responsible for leading critical strategic initiatives, including the expense saving initiatives and the headcount budget and approval process.
- Manages the administration, scheduling, and content coordination / creation for all standard senior executive forums for which the Unit Head is the lead or chair.
- Manages strategic, tactical, and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- 18+ years significant relevant business experience; extensive BU experience within CAO, business management or strategy functions, with prior experience in consultancy, business analysis or project delivery
- Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field, with professional qualification (e.g CPA, CFA, ACCA) strongly preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Services business; prior experience in the business a plus
- Proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders to strengthen organizational performance and elevate operational excellence
- Strong project management, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills and highly financially literate
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word and a familiarity with the application of AI tools including Copilot
