About the role

  • Execute a complex portfolio of strategic and tactical initiatives for the Portfolio Solutions business line
  • Partner with Strategy, Technology, Operations, Business Risk, Legal and other business partners to execute initiatives
  • Translate business strategic vision into functional product plans
  • Define product features, workflows and visual artifacts
  • Work with technology to drive solutions that meet business requirements
  • Document and manage technology and business partner demand
  • Build strong relationships with business partners
  • Manage internal relationships and communications with business partners
  • Resolve significant issues or roadblocks with senior management as required
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements
  • Champion communication bridges between technical and non-technical teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams gathering input and requirements to define and deliver impactful product solutions
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Industry Experience
  • Familiarity with trading lifecycle and operating models
  • Equities, Fixed Income, Broker Dealer exposure
  • Demonstrated success executing initiatives and technology within complex organizational settings
  • Demonstrated capability to interact, negotiate and influence senior management
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical and consultative abilities.
