About the role
- Lead the execution of the Digital Asset Solutions strategy across APAC
- Own product leadership for digital asset offerings including tokenization and digital custody
- Establish governance frameworks covering risk, compliance, and regulatory oversight
- Drive senior-level client and regulator engagement across APAC
- Develop and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee operational readiness and service delivery models
- Represent State Street externally as a digital asset thought leader
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in financial services, preferably Investor Services
- Strong leadership in digital transformation and change management
- Deep understanding of blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset infrastructure
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading teams across multiple APAC jurisdictions
