About the role

  • Own and enhance the North America client contracting and onboarding operating model for Investment Management clients
  • Act as the senior regional authority for complex onboarding and contracting initiatives
  • Partner with global counterparts to drive consistency and best-practice adoption
  • Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and contracting for North America Investment Management clients
  • Ensure robust governance and risk management across all onboarding and contracting activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • CFA designation a plus
  • 14+ years of experience in Financial Services or Asset / Investment Management
  • Prior experience leading regional or global onboarding, contracting, or implementation teams within an institutional sales or client coverage environment
  • Formal project or change management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) preferred
