About the role
- Ensure adherence to EBA Outsourcing Guidelines by developing and implementing processes that meet regulatory requirements
- Identify and drive the automation of manual outsourcing activities to reduce errors and improve efficiency
- Optimize existing outsourcing processes to enhance accuracy and coverage
- Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes
- Continuously monitor and improve outsourcing processes for compliance and efficiency
- Support the IT Outsourcing Controlling & Oversight function
- Support assessing the impact of IT Outsourcing activities
- Determine and implement additions and changes to the IT Outsourcing methodology
- Maintain and enhance appropriate IT Outsourcing governance controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant Financial Services experience
- In-depth understanding of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and their application to business processes
- Proficiency in process automation tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience with drafting or reviewing policies and procedures for IT or financial services organizations
- Proficiency in English, with dual language proficiency in Italian or German preferred
