Design and develop scalable automated test frameworks and regression suites

Expand automation coverage across functional, integration, and system testing
Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
Identify quality risks early and drive continuous improvement in testing processes
Contribute to shared automation libraries and testing infrastructure
Advocate for quality engineering best practices across the development lifecycle

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in software testing within a process-driven technology environment.
Strong programming expertise in at least one modern object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
Hands-on experience in front-end testing using industry-standard tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Experience in back-end/API testing, including REST APIs, HTTP, and SOAP services.
Solid understanding of databases with practical SQL experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical test plans (Nice to Have).
Experience designing and implementing automation tests for web application/desktop applications (Nice to Have).
Hands-on experience developing and executing automation test scripts across web, desktop/native applications, APIs, and batch processes (Nice to Have).
Experience creating and maintaining test cases, scripts, and automated testing tools to validate requirements across multi-tier applications (Nice to Have).
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, or similar (Nice to Have).
Experience maintaining manual and automated test libraries covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing (Nice to Have).
Familiarity with shell scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash (Nice to Have).
