Lead Internal Audit Transformation initiatives that modernize audit execution and improve risk coverage through process optimization
Partner with Internal Audit leadership and audit teams to document current-state processes
Lead end-to-end requirements discovery for AI-enabled audit capabilities
Design future-state workflows for audit planning, risk assessment, anomaly detection, engagement execution, and reporting
Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for assigned initiatives
Support change management and rollout planning to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or transformation delivery
Experience auditing or supporting assurance activities in large, complex organizations
Proven project management rigor across planning, execution, governance, and issue management
Familiarity with digital, data-driven, or AI-enabled workflow solutions
Experience with workflow and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio)
