About the role
- Join a team that has governance and oversight responsibilities for SSIM’s investment products
- Partner with constituents to develop and maintain a robust annual contract renewal process
- Act as a liaison to compliance, operations, legal, portfolio management, adviser
- Oversee the process for the compilation and regulatory filing of SSIM Funds Management, Inc.’s proxy voting records
- Support board reporting and product life cycle implementation projects or other group initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Undergraduate college degree required
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the financial services industry, experience with a registered investment adviser preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required
- Knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
- Understanding of Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Products and their governance structures.
