About the role
- Play a key role with Global Regulatory Change Management for Global Human Resources (GHR)
- Provide compliance advisory support to first line of defense personnel on business impact assessments for new/changed regulatory obligations and compliance issues
- Assist with maintaining State Street’s inventory of regulatory obligations for employment/labor laws and regulations on the Archer system
- Host/participate on periodic regional or country-specific meetings on regulatory changes
- Help provide guidance on control design, policy and procedures for compliance with regulatory obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; legal degree a plus
- 6+ years of compliance or legal experience
- Strong Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint; Archer or CUBE experience a plus
- Experience working effectively with remote and geographically dispersed teams
- Must have full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are highly valued
