About the role
- Oversee client service processes to ensure client deliverables are met
- Review and provide reporting to ensure deliverable are met for client inquiries
- Engage in heavy internal and external client interaction on a daily basis
- Maintain working relationship with all client contacts
- Manage internal workflow and client deadlines
- Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report and/or escalate accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and a focus in Finance or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience
